Pre retirement
Senior
managers and directors in particular can be overlooked at the point
of retirement as it is commonly thought that they have made their
own arrangements and therefore will not benefit from attending a
course. This is not our experience; busy executives may have little
time to devote to their personal lives. They often work long
hours or spend time away from home and their partner, and retirement
can be a period of great personal change. That is why it can be
important for them to take time to focus exclusively on themselves
and their issues without the distraction of the workplace.
We offer
Executive retirement courses which we host in prestigious hotels
based in convenient locations across the UK.
Although
many of the issues they face are the same as anyone else at this
time their needs may in many ways be more complex and the
opportunity to consider these issues with executives from other
organisations who are facing the same challenges can be of great
value and reassurance.
You can choose
to use our open course option for pre-booked courses in various
locations or we can arrange a course specifically for your staff.
Overnight
accommodation can be arranged and is priced according to the venue
selected.

Redundancy/early
severance for senior managers and directors may also require a more
specialised approach and our trainers are fully experienced in
providing the level of personal service required. Programmes can be
arranged to suit individual needs.
