The Wealth at Work group invests in Manchester technology firm to develop its digital services – bringing more jobs to the region.

As advances in technology and innovation progress rapidly, the Wealth at Work group – a leading financial wellbeing and retirement specialist continues to invest in this area to build state-of-the-art digital services for its clients.

To achieve this, the group has recently appointed Jerome Gudgeon as its Chief Information Technology Officer. Jerome is highly experienced having held senior roles in many global businesses including TD Direct Investing, American Express, Fidelity Investments and most recently Global Processing Services.

As part of its commitment, the Wealth at Work group has also acquired a digital agency – Death by Design Limited (DBD Digital), a technology firm based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, near Manchester, who have worked with the group for over a decade, purposefully designing a range of bespoke technology systems and delivering marketing services.

David Cassidy, Chief Executive Officer of the Wealth at Work group comments; “We are by definition a Fintech business, although we prefer to refer to ourselves as digitally enabled professionals.
