The Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA) in association with WEALTH at work has published its Financial wellbeing research 2023: Creating a structured approach to financial benefits.

  • 29% of employers say that the aging workforce will be a driver of financial wellbeing strategy over the next two years
  • 44% say that they plan to offer targeted support for the over 55s during the same period
  • 68% of employers either currently offer pre-retirement support or plan to do so
